Important Dates
The REMSA Paramedic
Program is offered two times a year. One Cohort starts in January and the
other in July. Below is list of dates for the next class offered.

Program Schedule
Orientation and Testing Sessions
All applicants must attend
one of the following orientation and testing sessions. There is a one hour
orientation explaining the paramedic job description and course details.
Following the orientation participants will be eligible to participate in
the testing process. Applicants will take
H.O.B.E.T and EMT-B examinations.
A non-refundable $40.00 testing fee is required to process applicants tests.
Plan for approximately four hours.

Deadline for Completed Applications
Applications will be
distributed during the orientation and testing sessions. Applications are due postmarked or
received by the below time.
Oral Interviews
After receipt of your
completed applications you will be contacted to schedule an oral interview.
It is important the applicant make themselves available
for both days of interviews to allow flexible scheduling.
Notifications and Acceptance
Notifications will be made by mail. The applicants must return the enclosed
acceptance letter by stated date to enroll on the course.
